Chapter transcript
- 00:47:45 And now the story of a dog named Dru and his master Pavlov.
- 00:47:50 Every day Pavlov would feed Dru.
- 00:47:53 Dru’s mouth would water every time he was fed.
- 00:47:56 One day Pavlov rang a bell just before feeding time.
- 00:48:00 Pavlov rang the bell each day just before feeding.
- 00:48:05 One day the bell rang and Dru began to salivate.
- 00:48:09 But there was no food.
- 00:48:12 This involuntary reaction made Drew one of the most famous dogs in history.
- 00:48:16 Together with his best friend Pavlov,
- 00:48:18 Drew had proven the scientific theory of conditioning.
- 00:48:22 It turns out that a wide variety of reactions can be triggered in similar fashion.
- 00:48:28 Now imagine that Pavlov is a news network and viewers are all dogs.
- 00:48:33 By repeatedly delivering negative information in association with trigger words or names,
- 00:48:39 the head of a news organization could poison the minds of millions so that any mention of a person's name would instantly create negative,
- 00:48:48 aggressive,
- 00:48:49 or fear-based responses.
- 00:48:51 Psychologists call this emotional transference.
- 00:48:54 In a time of calamity,
- 00:48:56 one could influence purchase habits.
- 00:48:58 Remember the great toilet paper run of 2020?
- 00:49:01 There was no real shortage of toilet paper,
- 00:49:04 but the focus on toilet paper shortages by mass media resulted in hoarding,
- 00:49:09 which created a real-world shortage.
- 00:49:11 On a more interesting note,
- 00:49:13 across the United States,
- 00:49:14 there was a dramatic increase in the installation and use of bidets,
- 00:49:17 a European alternative to toilet paper.
- 00:49:20 The mass transition to bidets due to the perceived shortage of toilet paper is called behavior modification.
- 00:49:27 Behavior modification was the basis of a decades-long series of CIA-funded human experiments in the United States and Canada known as MKUltra.
- 00:49:36 MKUltra used drugs like LSD and amphetamines on sometimes unwilling subjects.
- 00:49:42 Combined with isolation, fear,
- 00:49:44 and bombardment of repetitious messages,
- 00:49:47 MKUltra pushed the limits of human experimentation and mind control.
- 00:49:52 Consider,
- 00:49:53 the FDA and our medical institutions have released massive amounts of amphetamines and opioids on the American people over the last 40 years,
- 00:50:00 while simultaneously a smaller and smaller number of politically charged elites dictate what shows we watch,
- 00:50:07 what news we see,
- 00:50:08 and what messages we are allowed to hear.
- 00:50:11 Many of these people put profit in politics over civil rights and the Constitution.
- 00:50:16 One has to wonder,
- 00:50:18 did MKUltra ever end,
- 00:50:19 or did it take over the world?
- 00:50:21 With this kind of power,
- 00:50:23 one could condition the world into believing a safe medication was deadly,
- 00:50:26 or a deadly treatment was safe and effective.
- 00:50:29 all by transferring the triggered hatred of a political figure.
- 00:50:35 And it all started with a dog named Dru.
