Who he was in the COVID era

- Hydroxychloroquine EUA. Granted Mar 28, 2020, and revoked Jun 15, 2020. FDA said the drugs were "unlikely to be effective" and that the risks outweighed the benefits. - Remdesivir. In the film (00:55:09) he says: "We authorized Gilead's application for emergency use authorization. This was lightning speed…" Documented (film clip)
- Convalescent plasma "35 out of 100" overstatement (Aug 23–25, 2020). At the White House plasma EUA announcement, he said plasma would save 35 of 100 patients. That misread a relative risk from an uncontrolled Mayo analysis. He apologized publicly on Aug 24–25. Documented

How COVID-era money shows up in the record
- The Moderna link after FDA: in 2021 he joined Flagship Pioneering, the venture firm that launched Moderna, as chief medical officer of its Preemptive Medicine initiative. He then became a Flagship CEO-Partner and CEO of Harbinger Health (2021–2025). This is a revolving-door fact. Documented Broken Truth flagged the Hahn–Flagship move (within about six months of leaving FDA) in its FOIA series on FDA's pharma revolving door. - Open question His Flagship and Harbinger compensation or equity is not public.
Consequences
