  17. 01:51:46 the mechanism of action for cinchona alkaloids,
  18. 01:51:49 for over 400 years.
  19. 01:51:50 As Jim Ware from the New England Journal of Medicine told us,
  20. 01:51:54 to attack prescribers of hydroxychlorouqine
  21. 01:51:56 the study was retracted.
  22. 01:51:58 Speaking of France,
  23. 01:51:59 in France hydroxychloroquine used to be sold over the counter.
  24. 01:52:02 But in October of 2019,
  25. 01:52:04 the French version of the FDA for some reason reclassified hydroxychloroquine as prescription only.
